IPO For Skype

The US e-commerce site, EBay has stated that there will be an IPO for Skype in 2010.The IPO is for Skype’s Internet calling unit. The IPO is expected to generate $500 million to $1billion in equity. The underwriting will be done by Goldman Sachs group. Skype’s market value is estimated to be about $3billion.
